1990. We are not a single insurance provider; rather, we work with over a dozen insurance carriers to
provide a variety of products including Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life & Health insurance. Our
goal is to use our 30+ years of experience and state-of-the-art technology to help you compare coverage
options, request insurance quotes, and access general insurance information.
Any quote, indication, estimate, or premium displayed or communicated through this Site is provided
for informational purposes only, is based on the information you submit, and is subject to carrier underwriting,
eligibility requirements, and confirmation of information. We may not have access to all
carriers or all products in all states, and availability varies by carrier and location.
Service & Policy Fees (Indiana): In addition to carrier premiums, Jett Insurance Agency, Inc. may
charge service fees and/or policy fees where permitted by Indiana law. Any such fees will be disclosed
to you in advance and will be agreed upon in writing consistent with Indiana Department of Insurance
guidance, including IDOI Bulletin 157.
2. No Binder of Insurance
IMPORTANT: The information and materials on this Site are for informational purposes only. No insurance
coverage is bound, modified, or terminated by sending a message, submitting a quote request,
or leaving a voicemail through this Site. Coverage can only be bound or changed by a licensed
agent of Jett Insurance Agency, Inc. and is subject to the underwriting requirements of the specific insurance
carrier.
3. No Binding Authority
You understand and agree that coverage cannot be bound, changed, confirmed, or made effective
through this Site, including through any contact form, email link, chat feature, quote request, or
voicemail initiated from the Site. Any request to bind, add, remove, or change coverage is not effective
unless and until it is confirmed in writing by a licensed agent of Jett Insurance Agency, Inc. or the
applicable insurance carrier (as determined by the carrier’s rules and underwriting requirements). Do

4. Licensing & Availability
Jett Insurance Agency, Inc. is only licensed to solicit, negotiate, and sell insurance in states where it is

12. Governing Law (State of Indiana)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Indiana is the exclusive choice of law jurisdiction
for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site.
13. Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Arbitration in Indiana)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. You and Jett Insurance Agency, Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy
arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Site, or any communications or
interactions with us (each, a “Dispute”) will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered
by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules, except where prohibited
by law.
• Location / Venue: The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Indiana, and unless the parties
agree otherwise, the seat and venue of arbitration will be Henry County, Indiana.
• Arbitrator Authority: The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute, including
any claim that all or part of this arbitration agreement is void or voidable, except that a court may
determine the validity and enforceability of any class action waiver.
• Class Action / Collective Action Waiver: You and we agree that Disputes will be brought only on
an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated,
or representative proceeding.
• Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of
competent jurisdiction in Indiana to preserve the status quo pending arbitration, and such request
will not be deemed a waiver of arbitration.
If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable with respect to a particular Dispute, then that Dispute
(and only that Dispute) will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you
consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of the new terms.
